Time Sheet Entries

Time Sheet is a weekly record of the number of hours worked by a user/employee. Time Sheet is important as it serves as a proof of hours worked and hence it can be submitted to client or accounts department for employee’s salary/billing.

The work time that is recorded by time tracker of the Time Tracking module gets automatically recorded/displayed in the Time Sheet.  Time Sheet can be accessed by clicking on the ‘TIME SHEET’ link on the left panel of the dashboard menu as shown below:

 

 

On clicking the ‘TIME SHEET’ link on the dashboard menu, user can notice that a page with table of rows and columns appears.  There is also a date range picker – on the top right corner of the page – to select from date and to date. This means that user can choose from and to date to see the time sheet of the selected time period.

The Row total – Weekly total – gives the total number of hours worked on the project of that row in a week.

The Column Total – Day Total – gives the total number of hours worked for that day.

The value at the bottom right-most corner gives the total number of hours worked by the user for the entire week.
