A workspace is a top-level segregator that has all time entries, teams, clients, and projects are assigned to a specific workspace. Since each workspace is a separate entity, people who are not part of the workspace cannot see them. In TimeWatchR, multiple workspaces can be created that are useful when separate accounts for sub-company, Branch or department. This reduces confusion and help in granting access in different levels.
Client names are created here that are associated to Projects. Creation of Client is available to Admin and not to users.
Projects are useful for grouping and categorizing time entries. An important aspect of creating Projects in TimeWatchR is that you can specify users for different roles of a Project and assign hourly rate for each resource. This helps in creating accurate Invoices. Creation of Projects is available to Admin and not to users.
TimeWatchR allows you to create unlimited number of users and allocate them to teams. A user or team can be created only by an Admin and this is not available to users.
This is the core module of the TimeWatchR app. This is where the actual time tracking happens. Time entries can be added either manually or with automatic timer with a start/stop button.
You can view time entries for a specific period of time and export as a pdf, excel sheet or share it as a link and send it.
You can create alerts for important events like conference calls, meetings etc. and you will receive email alerts for the same.
You can generate reports based on clients, Projects, team-wise or a single for a specific time period and export as PDF, CSV (EXCEL SHEET) or share a link to view the reports. Reports give an insight on the Project progress and team performance. For users, the reports will be based on Projects and will give insight on their time-tracking data.
The Expenses module will calculate all additional costs like travel, hotel expenses, food bills etc. related to a Project or client that has to be billed separately apart from the time sheets. These Expenses bills can be exported/saved as PDF and can be submitted to concerned departments or clients.
The Invoicing Module will be a very user-friendly and easy module which prepares Invoices to the Clients with the team’s time tracked record/timesheets and can be exported/ saved as PDF and can be submitted to concerned departments or clients. This module is available only to Admins and not to users.
TimeWatchR allows you to change your profile image, update email id, change password, get email notifications on long-running timers, get time entry reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis and create APIs and Webhooks.
