The Invoice Module in TimeWatchR Application is used mainly to send Invoice (either to Accounts Department or Client) of the number of billed hours for a Project of the entire Project Team or select members of the Project Team. Here, the time tracked by each of the team member (for a time duration) is considered and multiplied by the corresponding rate (fixed for each user during Project creation). This gives the exact amount that has to be billed to the client for a user.
Note: This module is available only to Admins and not to users.
The Invoice module can be accessed by clicking on the ‘INVOICES’ link on the left panel of the dashboard menu as shown below:
