How to deactivate a user?

TimeWatchR does not allow to delete a user. Instead Admin can only deactivate that user. If, for any reason, Admin has to deactivate a user, then this can be done by clicking on the cross icon under the ACTIONS column of that user as shown below:

 

 

On clicking the cross icon as shown above, an alert pop-up message appears asking the Admin whether he/she is sure to deactivate the user. Click ‘YES’ to deactivate user. The user gets deactivated and will no longer be able to access TimeWatchR account. The status of that user will display as “DeActive” under the STATUS column of the user.

If in case, Admin decides to re-activate the user’s account, this can be done by clicking on green tick icon in the ACTION column of the user whose status is ‘DeActive’. On clicking green tick, user will be active and can access TimeWatchR account.
